Job position description:
We’re looking to add to the Human Resource team with a Coordinator to assist with all aspects of human resource functions including WCB, orientation and onboarding, employment advice, and recruitment in a unionized environment. Strong personable skills along with attention to detail and flexibility are required.

What we need:
· Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources
· A self starter with excellent communication skills
· Ability to prioritize work with flexibility is a must as this is a fast paced environment.
· Previous experience working with Long Term Care and Community Services
